These are default distribution rules for all information on Aspirium for which distribution rules are not specified. To override these rules, a member may post a notice on the content overriding these for that particular work. All portfolios are copyrighted 2009 by their owners and all projects are copyrighted by their direct contributors.
Elements of a portfolio's or project's template design are protected by the rules given for portfolios and projects. This includes images that are not part of the content, Cascading Style Sheets, and source code. They may not be modified and used on other sites or in other designs.
These rules make exceptions for search engine caching and web archiving if this page is cached or archived as well.
The Aspirium landing and pages and theme are copyrighted 2009 by Benjamin John. They may be cached and archived but they may not be intentionally or individually copied or modified.
Information on a portfolio such as name, address, and telephone number may be copied but may not be collected for product soliciting.
Pieces on a portfolio may only be distributed for no fee, intact with full credit given to its owner and any citations made by its owner. They may only be distributed in whole and in the original context provided by the owner. A link or reference to this page must be given, specifying it as the active distribution rules. The owner must be notified that his or her content is being copied using the contact form. This point does not apply to pieces that require licensing fees, as they may not be freely distributed.
Text regarding a project may be copied freely. Multimedia content (audio, video, images, or Flash movies) requires the consent of one or more of the project's contributors. In the case of multimedia, (1) a link to the project site is required if the distribution context is online and (2) further distribution must be granted through the original author.
The copying of content independent of projects and portfolios requires the consent of the content's author.
